Thomastik-Infeld's latest edition of DOMINANT PRO® is yet another level of excellency. It brought a whole new range of colors to my 1708 Antonio Stradivari violin. The G- and D-strings possess warmth and darkness which fits my personal taste and vision for the sound of those particular strings, whereas the soulful A-string has the necessary beauty while also supporting the intensity and brightness of the easily projecting E-string. The response is quick and effortless on all four strings.
